4. Price Match Policy

Vacuum Pro may match lower prices from authorized U.S. retailers under the following conditions:

• Item must be identical in brand, model, and condition
  
• Competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer (auction and marketplace sites excluded)
  
• Item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  
• Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  
• Shipping costs will be included in price comparison
  
• Coupon codes may not be combined with price match
  
• Excessive or bulk requests may be declined
  

To request a price match, email support@vacuumpro.com with the competitor link and your order number.

Price match decisions are made at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from Stafford, Virginia via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Most in-stock items ship within one business day. Delivery timelines depend on carrier performance and destination.

Vacuum Pro is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
  
• Carrier disruptions
  
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  
• Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Returns and Refunds

Most parts and accessories may be returned within 365 days if unused and in original packaging.

Equipment such as vacuum cleaners, motors, and air purifiers must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
  
• In original packaging
  
• In resellable condition
  

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Vacuum Pro reserves the right to:

• Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
  
• Charge restocking fees where applicable

7. Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Vacuum Pro does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
