Welcome to Vacuum PRO. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use ofwww.vacuumpro.com(the “Website”) and purchases made from Vacuum PRO.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, use the Website for unlawful purposes, or submit false or misleading information.

Vacuum PRO may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or created a risk to our business or customers.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and approval by Vacuum PRO.

An order-confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when it is processed for shipment or otherwise confirmed by Vacuum PRO.

Vacuum PRO may:

• Cancel or refuse an order
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing, product-description, availability, or listing errors
• Cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse, or payment-verification issues

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, Vacuum PRO will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We work to keep product prices, descriptions, images, fitment information, and availability accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Vacuum PRO may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. A product’s price and availability at the time of checkout are subject to final order review and acceptance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Vacuum PRO ships within the United States only.

Most in-stock items ship within one business day from Stafford, Virginia. Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, destination, and available service.

Delivery estimates depend on carrier performance and destination. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, supply-chain interruptions, and incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Fitment

Returns, refunds, and fitment issues are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Fitment Guarantee.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before a return is shipped. Custom-order, special-order, clearance, final-sale, used, installed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Vacuum PRO does not accept exchanges. Where Vacuum PRO confirms a fitment error under the Fitment Guarantee, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

6. Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Vacuum PRO does not store complete credit-card numbers on its servers.

Vacuum PRO may cancel, delay, or request additional verification for an order involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Unauthorized payment use
• Chargeback abuse
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Unauthorized resale or commercial misuse

7. Product Information, Fitment, and Safety

Vacuum PRO sells vacuum cleaners, cleaning equipment, replacement parts, accessories, filters, bags, belts, hoses, chemicals, and related products intended for their designated uses.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, safety warnings, and manufacturer instructions before purchase and use.

If you need help confirming compatibility, contact Vacuum PRO with the complete vacuum brand and model number before ordering. Where Vacuum PRO confirms compatibility, the Fitment Guarantee may apply subject to its terms and the Return & Refund Policy.

Vacuum PRO does not manufacture most products sold on the Website and does not provide independent product certifications unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Customers using products for non-intended purposes, improper installations, or uses contrary to manufacturer instructions assume responsibility for those uses. Some products may contain materials that could cause allergic reactions. Review product descriptions and manufacturer information before purchase and use.

Vacuum bags, filters, and related replacement parts are not intended to be used as face masks, respirators, medical devices, or personal protective equipment unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise. Vacuum PRO does not make medical, FDA, NIOSH, disease-prevention, or respiratory-protection claims for these products. Customers should not use vacuum bags, filters, or related materials for medical or protective purposes.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Vacuum PRO does not provide independent manufacturer warranties unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Manufacturer warranties apply where available and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and approval process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vacuum PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Vacuum PRO’s total liability for a claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, designs, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Vacuum PRO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
