Yes. Return eligibility depends on the product type: Parts & Accessories (bags, belts, filters, most replacement parts): Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sealed, unused parts returned between 31–365 days may qualify for store credit. Equipment & Machines (vacuum cleaners, motors, air purifiers): Unused equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
