Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day from our Stafford, Virginia warehouse.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are charged at checkout to reserve inventory and initiate fulfillment.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly with updated options.

Vacuum Pro reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or shipping limitations.

2. Shipping Methods and Service

We ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Free shipping orders are sent via standard ground service at Vacuum Pro’s discretion.

3. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vacuum Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify shipping addresses carefully
  • Use secure delivery locations
  • Select signature confirmation when available for high-value orders

Vacuum Pro may require signature confirmation for certain high-value shipments at our discretion.

4. Delivery Delays

Vacuum Pro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Labor shortages or strikes
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately before the order enters processing.
  • Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Packages returned as:

  • Undeliverable
  • Refused
  • Incorrectly addressed

May be refunded minus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Vacuum Pro is not responsible for carrier errors related to address misdelivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will initiate a carrier investigation.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made only after confirmation from the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must work with the carrier to file a claim. Vacuum Pro may assist but is not liable once delivery confirmation has been recorded.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the package immediately.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection.

Failure to report damage promptly may limit claim eligibility.

7. Oversized or Additional Shipping Charges

Certain oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges.

If additional shipping fees apply:

  • We will contact you for approval before shipment.
  • If approval is not received, the order may be canceled and refunded.

8. Free U.S. Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on eligible items shipped within the lower 48 states.

  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.
