Vacuum Pro Return & Refund Policy

At Vacuum Pro, we stand behind the products we sell. If something isn’t right, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly. This policy outlines eligibility requirements, timelines, and return conditions.

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written authorization from Vacuum Pro.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Return authorization does not guarantee refund eligibility. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, inserts, and accessories must be included
  • Products must show no signs of installation beyond basic inspection
  • Items must not be altered, modified, or damaged

Vacuum Pro reserves the right to deny returns that show:

  • Installation wear
  • Electrical connection marks
  • Dirt, debris, or odor
  • Missing packaging or components
  • Serial number tampering

For fraud prevention, serial numbers and product identifiers may be recorded prior to shipment.

3. Return Timeframes

Return windows begin on the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.

Parts & Accessories

(Bags, belts, filters, most replacement parts)

  • Unopened parts may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Sealed, unused parts returned between 31–365 days may qualify for store credit at our sole discretion.
  • Factory seals must remain intact.

Equipment & Machines

(Vacuum cleaners, motors, air purifiers)

  • Unused equipment may be returned within 14 days.
  • Equipment showing signs of operation, installation, or use beyond inspection is not eligible.
  • Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of:
    The product
    Packaging
    Shipping label

Failure to report damage within 7 days may limit eligibility for replacement or refund.

Carrier investigations may be required before replacement approval.

5. Restocking Fees

To maintain product integrity:

  • Opened equipment may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Returns missing packaging or requiring additional inspection may incur higher fees.
  • Restocking fees are deducted from the refund total.

No restocking fees apply to confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Vacuum Pro reserves the right to adjust refund amounts based on item condition.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Equipment showing operational use
  • Items missing packaging or components
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned outside the return window

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be refused.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is confirmed defective

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers must use a trackable carrier. Vacuum Pro is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Refund Processing

Once received, returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, we may:

  • Deny the refund
  • Issue partial refund
  • Return the item at customer expense

9. Chargeback and Abuse Protection

Vacuum Pro reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns from customers exhibiting excessive return behavior
  • Refuse service to customers engaging in chargeback abuse
  • Require additional verification for high-risk transactions

Fraudulent returns or chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and appropriate authorities.

10. Warranty Information

Vacuum Pro does not provide independent product warranties.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Customers may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service.

We are happy to assist in facilitating manufacturer contact.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vacuum Pro’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply.
