Who is Vacuum Pro?
Vacuum Pro LLC is a women-owned small business based in Stafford, Virginia. We specialize in vacuum parts, filters, and accessories for trusted brands. With years of experience in the vacuum industry, we focus on reliability, fast shipping, and exceptional customer service for customers nationwide.
We offer both genuine OEM (original manufacturer) parts and high-quality compatible replacement parts for major brands including Dyson, Miele, SEBO, Bosch, Hoover, Bissell, Panasonic, and more. Each product listing clearly identifies whether the item is OEM or compatible and specifies supported models to ensure proper fit.
Yes. We stock filters, attachments, and replacement parts for many Dyson models, including the V11 Cordless series. If you’re unsure which part fits your model, contact our support team with your model number or a clear photo for assistance.
Yes. Local customers can pick up vacuum bags, filters, belts, and parts from our Stafford, Virginia location during business hours. Please contact us for current hours and availability.

Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly on our website at vacuumpro.com. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment through our secure, encrypted system.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through trusted PCI-compliant payment providers. Vacuum Pro does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Vacuum Pro. Add support@vacuumpro.com to your contacts to ensure future emails are delivered. If you still haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation.
If you created an account after placing your order, it was processed as a guest purchase and won’t appear in your account. For future orders, log in before checking out.
If your order has not entered the shipping queue, contact us within one hour of purchase. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.
Orders may be canceled due to payment verification issues, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or shipping limitations. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock items ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the order size and destination. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
9405 = USPS, 9274 = UPS, 1Z = FedEx.
You can check delivery progress directly on the respective carrier’s website.
Yes. We offer free U.S. ground shipping on select items within the contiguous 48 states. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
If tracking shows delivered, please contact the carrier to confirm delivery details and check with neighbors or your local post office. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility shifts in accordance with our shipping policy.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order enters processing. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be refunded minus applicable shipping and handling charges.

Product Support

Yes. Use our contact form and select “Help Finding a Part.” Please include your vacuum brand, model number (typically found on the bottom label), and a description of the part needed. A clear photo of the existing part can help us identify the best match. While we’re happy to assist, final fitment confirmation is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend verifying your model number and part compatibility before purchase.
We offer both original OEM parts and high-quality compatible replacements. Each product listing clearly identifies whether the part is OEM or compatible and specifies supported models. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific model before purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation of all parts and accessories. We recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions or consulting a qualified technician if you are unsure. Vacuum Pro is not responsible for installation errors, misuse, or damage resulting from improper installation.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened parts may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Sealed, unused parts returned between 31–365 days may qualify for store credit at our discretion. Equipment such as vacuums, motors, and air purifiers must be returned unused within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Email returns@vacuumpro.com to request return authorization. Once approved, securely repackage the item and ship using a trackable carrier. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Yes. Please email returns@vacuumpro.com to request return authorization before shipping your item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Yes. Include the SKU of the replacement item in your note. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference; if it costs more, you can pay the balance plus a small reshipment fee.
If we sent the wrong, defective, or damaged product, we cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Pricing and Promotions

Yes. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized U.S. retailer within 14 days of purchase, we may match the price or issue store credit for the difference. The item must be: Identical in brand and model In stock and available for immediate purchase Sold by an authorized U.S. retailer (auction and marketplace sellers excluded) Shipping costs are included in price comparisons. Price match decisions are made at our discretion.
No. Only one promotional or discount code may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or used in conjunction with price-matched items unless explicitly stated. Vacuum Pro reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Warranty and Service

Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and eligibility vary by manufacturer and product type. Vacuum Pro does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Compatible (non-OEM) parts may not carry a manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Email support@vacuumpro.com with your order number, product details, and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist you with the appropriate next steps. Warranty approval is determined solely by the manufacturer based on their published warranty terms. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear may not be covered.

Wholesale and Institutional Orders

Yes. Vacuum Pro offers wholesale accounts for qualified repair shops, cleaning companies, distributors, and resellers. Wholesale approval is subject to verification of business credentials and may require a valid resale certificate. Minimum order quantities and account terms may apply. Yes. We work with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as schools and public institutions. Official purchase orders (POs) must be submitted on institutional letterhead and are subject to review and approval. Payment terms may vary based on approval status. Please email official POs to gov@vacuumpro.com for processing.

Account and Privacy

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows you to view past orders and track shipments easily.
All transactions are encrypted using secure SSL technology. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, and Vacuum Pro does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We do not sell customer information.
