To place an institutional or government order, please follow these simple steps:
- Send your official Purchase Order (PO) to gov@vacuumpro.com
- Include your organization’s billing and shipping address, contact person, and product SKUs or descriptions
- Once approved, we’ll confirm your order and issue an invoice with NET 30 payment terms
If your organization requires an official quote or vendor setup paperwork, our team can provide formal quotes, W-9 forms, and supplier documentation upon request.
Tax-Exempt Orders
If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, please email a copy of your valid exemption certificate before placing your first order.
Once verified, your account will be marked tax-exempt, and all future purchases will automatically reflect that status.
